Dr.Ash and Dr.Wil put their bodies through a lot but also make space to get treatment in order to achieve their respective goals!

Jiujitsu, Crossfit, Hikes and all activities they perform take a toll on their bodies. Understanding the need to care for their bodies so that they can continue to perform is key if they are to be successful!
