Marta is our coach, career woman, and a mom. She loves the community .
She loves to compete because competition allows her to showcase her originality and perform to music of her choice. This is year it especially important to her as she just had a baby in December. Competing has kept her focused and motivated to get back in shape and reclaim her body! She is looking forward to start teaching soon.

Can't wait to see you compete! Marta will be competing on Sunday the 24th at 1:25. level 3 low flow/floor category

Ladies, let's be really honest. The holidays are NOT always a great time for our self-love and self-esteem. Seeing family and old friends, being away from our routines, and indulging in all the amazing holiday foods can trigger old stressors and cause anxiety, ESPECIALLY as it relates to the way we see ourselves and relate to our bodies. Deep breath - it's okay!! Believe us, we have all been there. If you're feeling less confident, dynamic, or like the bad*** goddess that you are, come on in! Did you know we still offer classes on Zoom? We always encourage people to come see us in person and step out of your comfort zone, but if you'd like to start from home (or don't have time to make it in!) join us for one of our virtual classes! You don't need a home dance studio, just some open space for you to move freely!
