After MUCH deliberation and discussion the future home of wellness in our Sauk Valley area is now OFFICIALLY named Velvære: A Wellness Collective.
Velvære is Norwegian for wellness. It’s a simple as that. Taking care of yourself and your family doesn’t have to be hard. The Nordic countries have a saying, “Livet er best ute.”
Living is best outside. Humans are like plants…we need good food, sunlight, and fresh air. For the times you may need slightly more, Velvære will have your back.
Now that we have a name we are excited to move forward, gain traction, and get these doors open!!
Unsure how to pronounce our name? That’s okay…we will have a reel for that!

The work is happening!! Though it seems slow there is a lot going on behind the scenes. We are working on collaborations with other local businesses in order to make this space a full experience.
We really appreciate all of the support thus far and look forward to the next few months and years!
We will be working on packages and ala carte options for the treatments available. For those people wanting in at the ground level we will have the Foundations membership. This will grandfather you in to a discounted price for as long as you maintain the membership.

🛁 What Is a Float Tank?

A float tank is a soundproof, lightproof tank filled with 10-12 inches of warm water and a high concentration of Epsom salt (magnesium sulfate) — about 800 to 1,000 pounds of it!
