To round out our vision of our elite team here, we would be ecstatic to add someone who is an expert in some sort of Movement AND someone who is an expert in Nutrition. Dear Valued Customers,

I hope all of you are doing well and had the most wonderful Thanksgiving holiday. I'm writing to share some important news about my meal prep business. After 8 incredible years, the final week of meals will go out the week of Dec. 15th.

I want to express my deepest gratitude to you. Your loyalty, support, and belief in me and my small business have meant more than I can ever fully put into words. Serving you and being a part of your weekly health routine has been one of the greatest honors of my life, and I truly appreciate every single order, message, and moment along the way.

Closing the business is not a disappointment to me. It is not a result of failure. Rather, it comes from recognizing that I can no longer physically keep up with the workload, I'm exhausted! This decision is about honoring limits while also the quality and integrity the experience I've been blessed to create with you over the years.

Thank you again for allowing me to cook for you , support your health, and be a part of your lives. Your trust and encouragement helped build something I will always be proud of.

With that being said, We have 3 weeks to left to order so lets go out with a bang! Dec. 1st, 8th, and 15th

Thank you all for being so good to me and my small business!

Also, I will be selling off all of my equipment if you or anyone you know would be interested.
