In the stillness of the early morning—Amrit Vela—we rise to tune in, move our bodies, chant mantras, and return to our true selves. This is Sadhana, a daily spiritual practice rooted in devotion, discipline, and deep transformation.

🎤 Raj Yoga is currently looking for volunteer Sadhana leaders to guide our early morning practice (4:00 a.m. – 6:30 a.m.).
📍You can lead in studio or online, once a week or on a rotating schedule.
