The family of a patient who recently passed with Rock River Hospice & Home is honoring their loved one by giving back. They’re celebrating their dog Twister’s 5th birthday with a special supply drive for hospice! 💜

🌿 We're Hiring: Part-Time Bereavement Counselor 🌿

Rock River Hospice & Home is looking for a compassionate and skilled individual to join our team as a part-time Bereavement Counselor. This role provides meaningful support to grieving families and individuals through counseling, home visits, and support groups. If you’re passionate about helping others navigate loss with care and dignity, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field
• Experience in grief counseling for individuals, families, and groups
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
