We caught Dr. Winseck mid workout and of course we had to ask him a question. Turns out one of the most damaging things you can do to your spine is something most of us do without even thinking about it.
If you are bending forward and twisting at the same time you are putting compressive and rotational stress directly on your discs. Dr. W says we gotta cut that out and we are inclined to agree.
