We are Sterling, Colorado's only privately-owned family medicine practice. We strive to provide individualized, personal care to all that walk through our doors. We have four providers in our office to meet your family's healthcare needs:
Dr. Curtis C. in 1970 and went on to graduate from University of Colorado Medical School Denver in 1974. He completed his Family Practice Residency in Denver in
1977 and moved to Sterling, Colorado, and along with Dr. Robert Marlow, opened Northeast Colorado Family Medicine Associates, P.C. in 1977. Dr. Clark is an active member of the Colorado Medical Society and a member and fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. Stacey L. Rhodes, PA-C joined the practice in July of 2003. Stacey graduated from the University of Colorado in 1998 with a B.A. in EPO Biology. She is a 2003 graduate of the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, Child Health Associate/Physician Assistant Program. Stacey is a member of the Colorado Academy of Physican Assistants, American Academy of Physician Assistants and a member and fellow of the Association of Family Practice Physican Assistants. Charles A. Gerk, M.D. joined the practice in September 2011. Dr. Gerk graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2002 with a major in Biology and a minor in Biochemistry. He graduated from the University of Colorado School of Medicine in 2007. He completed his residency in 2011 at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth Texas and then completed a Obstetrical and Rural Medicine Fellowship at John Peter Smith Hospital in 2012. He provides obstetrical care and also performs colonoscopies, vasectomies and several other surgical procedures. Rachelle Maker, FNP-C joined our practice in October of 2013. She attended the University of Northern Colorado and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing in 1999. She worked at Sterling Regional Med Center as a nurse and also taught in the nursing program at Northeastern Junior College before getting her Master’s degree as a Nurse Practitioner at the University of Northern Colorado. She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. We have 4 nurses (Amber, Brandie, Chanda and Courtney) who are available throughout the business day to help answer questions or relay messages to our providers.
