🌟 Meet Diana! 🌟

We’re excited to introduce you to Diana, our dedicated Home Health Scheduler here at Castor Home Health Solutions. She plays a vital role in making sure our patients and clinicians stay connected and cared for every day. 💙

“My primary duties include managing all clinician schedules, which often involves rearranging appointments to best suit both the clinician and the patient. I am also responsible for scheduling new patients and contacting existing patients to confirm their appointments. A key part of my role is making the initial call to new patients, where I introduce myself, explain who Castor is, and clarify the purpose of our visit.

What I love most about my job is the interaction I have with our patients during these calls. Beyond discussing their schedules, I enjoy taking a moment to ask how their day or week is going. I particularly appreciate receiving positive feedback about our clinicians, but most of all, I value the opportunity to connect with patients over the phone, especially since my role is currently office-based.”
