Celebrate another day of living celebrate another day of life!!

Today is children’s clinic. I owe this to Dr. Aubrey Mitchell. And today we celebrate the life of her grandfather Dr. Dave Mitchell who passed at 98 years young. He started a children’s clinic in his office many years ago in New Mexico. We celebrate all the work that he did throughout his life as a chiropractor and taking care of kids. And, 15 years I started this children’s clinic because of them.

That means we’ve had three months to look at your goals

How are you doing with your goals? Is it time to do more goals? Is it time to change the goals?

I’ve done good with some. Not so good with others.

So if you need to start some goals now as a time, if you need to revise your goals now is the time as well.

Happy Good Friday. It certainly is a Good Friday.

It is a time for renewal and rebirth. Take some time to reflect over the weekend.

How can you make yourself better? Spiritually? Emotionally? Physically?

It is a great time to start thinking about what we need to do and how to better ourselves

It’s also Beachbody preparation season. 🏖️☀️🏝️

There are certainly mistakes in this video. They are there for a purpose. We will never be perfect. But it’s better to be consistent.
