We will offer the best possible medicine, recommend the best course of treatment and respect your choice for your pet. Our team will uphold high ethical standards, maintaining integrity to ourselves, while earning the trust and respect of others. We will always have your pet’s best interest at heart and we will never make any recommendation for your pet that we would not make for our own pets as well. Care & Compassion – We understand that your pets are a part of your family. Our first priority is to provide comforting, loving care for your pet and again to treat them as if they were our own. We promise to listen to your concerns, and to make you and your pets as comfortable and well cared for as possible. We realize that varied cultural, emotional and financial backgrounds play into every decision you may make about your pet, and we will not judge your decisions. Responsibility – We realize that you have entrusted us with the care of a member of your family and that lives may be at stake. We will do everything possible to earn your trust so that you will know your pet is in good hands. We will do our best to meet every need and answer every question; if we don’t know an answer we will do all we can to find it for you. We will treat each animal as a unique entity, incorporating you, the client as an active, integral part of the healthcare team. As a medical team we are responsible for practicing quality medicine, pursuing continuing education, learning new techniques, and maintaining state of the art equipment. We are responsible to our community by assisting rescue organizations and providing learning opportunities for youth. Adaptability – We are continually challenging ourselves to learn and adapt to new concepts, diagnostics and treatments within our industry. We will work with our clients to create an individualized plan for each pets at the various stages of their life. We will explore all options – both conventional and non-conventional to find the best care for your pet. As a team we will remain flexible, overcome obstacles and embrace new challenges.
