It was a beautiful day celebrating National Health Center Week at our Community Health and Wellness Fair! We had over 40 community vendors, free food and fun for our over 400 participants! Thank you to Mike Hoadley - State Representative for your continued support of our organization and for joining us today! Also thanks to our major sponsors Bay Area Community Foundation, Molina Healthcare, Northern Michigan Opioid Response Consortium, DentaQuest, and Michigan Primary Care Association, to our local businesses and donors who ensured we had some amazing raffle prizes, and to our community vendors for sharing your valuable information! Today we celebrate our "why." We are so grateful for our patients and that they entrust us each day with their health care! Today, to kick off National Health Center Week, we were able to serve over 1,250 individuals and 400 families across 3 counties in our catchment area with fresh fruits and vegetables! Thanks to all our amazing volunteers and to the Food Bank of Eastern Michigan for making today possible!
