Why do we check baby’s head? 👶🏼

Birth can create small areas of stress that affect the nervous system, feeding, and comfort.

Our approach is specific and intentional — we look for the exact area of need, not guessing.

Not “fixing” babies, just supporting how their body is designed to function 🤍

It’s easy to assume the area that hurts is what needs attention.

But your body is constantly adapting—
especially during pregnancy, postpartum, and everyday life.

By the time something feels off, there’s often already a pattern underneath it.

The question isn’t just where does it hurt?
It’s why is your body working this way in the first place?

Tongue & lip ties aren’t just about latch.

They’re connected to the nervous system… which means tension, restriction, and poor function can show up in more ways than you think—feeding struggles, colic, body tension, even early speech patterns.

Chiropractic care doesn’t “fix” the tie itself.
But it does support the body around it—helping reduce tension, improve mobility, and allow your baby to function the way they were designed to.

Because when the nervous system is clear, everything works better 🤍

Even before birth, your baby is learning how to move, rest, and respond.

Your posture, pelvic alignment, and nervous system all create the environment they grow in. Supporting mom isn’t extra—it’s foundational.

C-section doesn’t equal “no tension.”

Unique forces, fluid shifts, and lack of natural compression/decompression can create subtle tension. Early gentle support helps guide the nervous system to adapt more efficiently and comfortably.

birth doesn’t just happen to your baby…
your body experiences it too

tension, shifts, patterns…
your nervous system remembers

that’s why early perinatal care isn’t optional, it’s essential👏🏼

The body is incredible at adapting, especially in babies.

When tension or restrictions are present, the body finds another way: a new position, movement, or pattern. Over time, this becomes the “new normal.” Early, gentle support helps guide the body back to balance.

Flat spots don’t appear overnight—they develop over time through movement, tension, and adaptation.

Patterns in positioning, cranial tension, and early movement shape how your baby’s head develops. Early support helps guide healthy alignment and mobility.

🚨A lot of parents are told their child will “grow out of it.”🚨

But mouth breathing isn’t just a habit—it’s a sign.

A sign that something deeper might be going on with airway, development, or nervous system regulation.

And when kids aren’t breathing well…
they’re not sleeping well, regulating well, or developing optimally.

The good news?
The body is incredibly adaptable—especially in kids.

The earlier you notice it, the more you can support it.

Tiny feet = the foundation of the spine 👣

As a pediatric chiropractor, I always look at the body from the ground up. The way your toddler’s feet develop can impact their posture, balance, and overall alignment.

When choosing shoes, look for:
✔ Wide toe box
✔ Flexible sole
✔ Flat & lightweight

Shoes should protect, not control. And when it’s safe—barefoot is best 🤍
