Today we welcomed our first mom into the Mother of Mercy Home! After months of preparation and prayer and hard work, today could not have been more perfect. Thank you to everyone who has helped bring this dream to life. Today begins a journey where we support pregnant moms who need a safe place to call home -- a space to grow, learn, rest, and prepare for the new life they have growing inside them. ❤️

The Mother of Mercy Home is a faith-based maternity home located in Steubenville, Ohio, providing safe, stable housing for pregnant women experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity. In addition to shelter, residents receive individualized case management, life skills education, and access to supportive community resources. Rooted in a commitment to dignity and compassion, the home is dedicated to supporting women during pregnancy and beyond, helping them work toward long-term stability, healthy parenting, and a hopeful future for themselves and their child.

To complete an application for our residential program, please fill out this initial intake form (or call our office at 740-346-6705 to complete a phone intake) and we will follow up with you to see if Mother of Mercy (MOM) Home is the right fit for you.

General qualifications include:

-pregnant
-18-40 years of age
-sober for at least 30 days
