I strongly believe pain isn’t something you just have to live with, it’s your body asking for change. Massage can often be the tool that helps create that shift.
I don’t think you should have to choose between effective work and relaxation. My approach blends therapeutic, targeted techniques with calming, restorative methods so you can feel better and unwind at the same time.
There’s no one-size-fits-all here. For some, that “hurts so good” pressure brings relief—and for others, the body needs a gentler approach to feel safe enough to let go. I tailor every session to what your body responds to best.
I incorporate a wide range of techniques including myofascial release, Thai massage, cupping, heated tools, lymphatic drainage, and more—so your session is always intentional, customized, and effective.
