Hello! I’m Monica, the hands behind your sessions.

I strongly believe pain isn’t something you just have to live with, it’s your body asking for change. Massage can often be the tool that helps create that shift.

I don’t think you should have to choose between effective work and relaxation. My approach blends therapeutic, targeted techniques with calming, restorative methods so you can feel better and unwind at the same time.

There’s no one-size-fits-all here. For some, that “hurts so good” pressure brings relief—and for others, the body needs a gentler approach to feel safe enough to let go. I tailor every session to what your body responds to best.

I incorporate a wide range of techniques including myofascial release, Thai massage, cupping, heated tools, lymphatic drainage, and more—so your session is always intentional, customized, and effective.

The Counterclockwise Experiment is one of my favorite mind-body studies. 🧠✨

Psychologist Ellen Langer had a group of elderly men live for a week in a house set up exactly like 1959: the music, the magazines, the news… everything.

But here’s the interesting part: they weren’t told to remember 1959. They were told to act as if it was actually 1959.

By the end of the week, many of them were moving better, standing taller, showing improved strength and mobility, and even looking noticeably younger. 😳

Why? Because sometimes the mind leads and the body follows.

I think about this a lot in massage. When the brain feels safe, relaxed, and supported, the body often responds in amazing ways. The mind-body connection is powerful stuff. 💆‍♀️✨
