Yesterday was only the second time in 7 years that we’ve had to ask someone to leave Alleviate.

We always try to treat people with patience, kindness, and respect… even on the most stressful days. But we also know we deserve that same respect in return!

When someone is being loud, aggressive, and disrespectful toward our team(Erica), there comes a point where we(Mitch) have to step in and ask them to leave. Creating a safe and welcoming environment for both our customers and our staff has got to come first!

Anyway, we need all the support we can get right now… but not at the expense of our own mental health!

So in ending we want to say that we’re incredibly grateful for this amazing community. The positivity, understanding, and support that continues to circulate through Alleviate comes from all of you. 💚

🌸 Happy Mother’s Day from your friends at Alleviate 🌸

We’re gonna be open at 10am for the procrastinators. 💝

But honestly, Mother’s Day doesn’t have to just be about gifts. Sometimes the best thing you can give is your time, some effort, or finally doing that project she’s been asking about 😅

Maybe it’s changing a habit you know stresses her out, or simply giving her a little peace and quiet to relax, snack, take a bath, work on a project, or just do absolutely nothing for once.

That’s Erica’s plan today 😂 while Mitch hangs at the shop with those last minute gift ideas..
