✨ We were delighted to host our first Joint Celebration of the year last week! ✨

We invited our joint replacement patients (September 2025–February 2026) to enjoy a delicious dinner alongside the providers, therapists, and clinical staff who helped guide them throughout their Joint Journey. 💙

Undergoing a joint replacement is no small feat, and we are honored to celebrate this important milestone with our patients. Seeing them regain mobility, confidence, and the ability to return to the activities they love is what makes our work so rewarding.

🏀 Ankle health matters, especially for basketball players!

Kris Riggs, PT, DPT, OCS shares a few simple ankle mobility and stability exercises you can do to help prevent injuries on the court:

1️⃣ Rise up and down on your toes, try both feet or just one.
2️⃣ Balance on one foot using a squishy or unstable surface. Challenge yourself to dribbling a basketball or closing your eyes.
3️⃣ Wrap a resistance band around your feet and rotate one foot at a time in and out.
