✨ Meet our Joint Journey Coordinator: Shawn Dombrowski, RN. ✨

Shawn shares why she enjoys her role as a Joint Journey Coordinator: “I love helping people in our community through their recovery and cheering them on. Seeing how much better they feel as they return to the activities they love is the greatest reward.” 💙

Her favorite part of the Joint Journey program is how personalized it is for each individual. She meets one-on-one with patients and their “coach” to learn about them, their home support system, and any questions or concerns they may have. She also loves the Joint Celebration dinner party, where the Joint Journey team recognizes patients for their hard work in therapy and celebrates their achievements!

Thank you, Shawn, for all the encouragement you bring to every patient’s Joint Journey.

Ken experienced a serious injury that kept him from doing the things he loved most. With the care and expertise of Dr. Grama, he was able to get back on his feet in just six months.

Today, Ken is back to enjoying time in the woods and spending hours driving and restoring his Model A Ford, a treasured vehicle passed down from his father, all without pain.

We’re grateful to have helped Ken heal and return to the activities that bring him joy. 💙

With several physician retirements last year and the addition of two new physicians to our team, it was time for an updated SPO physician photo! 📸

While those who retired will always be missed, we are so grateful for the legacy they left behind and the impact they had on our patients and community. At the same time, we’re incredibly eager and excited to welcome each new physician who joins the SPO team. Their expertise allows us to continue providing Central Wisconsin with world class treatment and hometown care — the standard our patients deserve. 💙

Earlier this week, we had the honor of hosting Dr. Williams’ retirement party — a wonderful evening filled with great company, shared stories, and so many meaningful memories. 💙
