At we are grateful for the opportunity to give the wellness coaches and certified athletic trainers of tomorrow, space to listen, learn, and ask questions. It is a special honor and one we are humbled that so many educators and professors at UWSP trust us with.
While many coaches and trainers think it's just about delivering a soreness inducing workout or maximizing calories burned. We have found that after you teach someone the form or the strange fitness words it is actually the quiet time between sets and reps where the real change takes place.
Replacing the flurry of constant diets, gadgets, and fads with a consistent nudge towards seasonal fitness and finding their bliss outdoors.
Helping people move, find space to heal, and cultivate a hopefully more appreciative relationship with their body and mind is a unique calling.

UWSP and the wellness culture of Stevens Point has been an epicenter for health for decades.
Grateful to be a small part of continuing that legacy with a dash of our super secret seasonal squirrel musings.
