You know that feeling after an adjustment…

It’s hard to describe—but you feel it.

Like your body just took a deep breath.
Like tension you didn’t even realize you were holding finally lets go.
Like everything is moving a little easier, a little smoother.

For some, it’s a sense of calm.
For others, it’s more energy.
Sometimes it’s better sleep that night… or just feeling more like yourself again.

And for kids? You see it in the wiggles, the smiles, the way they settle in a little easier. (Never mind the arguments about who gets to go first! They all want to get adjusted asap!)

That post-adjustment feeling isn’t just about your back—it’s your nervous system getting a chance to reset and function the way it’s meant to.

Subtle. Powerful. And one of those things you don’t fully understand… until you feel it And once you feel it, you realize that it's worth getting adjusted on a regular basis.

It’s no secret. Moms are a different kind of strong.

They lift kids, groceries, car seats (they get SO heavy!), and somehow still find the missing shoe no one else can see. (it was right in front of you the whole time!)

At our office, we see that strength every day. And we also see what it does to the body.

That’s why we love caring for moms. Motherhood is demanding in ways only other moms can understand. And no matter what, moms keep showing up like it’s effortless.

And then there’s this photo of one of our moms in traction… with her baby right there, watching like, “Yep, this is normal. She does everything.”

Honestly, even traction can’t slow a mom down. 😄

Happy Mother’s Day to all the strong, selfless, unstoppable moms we get to care for. We see you. We appreciate you. And we’re honored to help you keep going. 💛

We believe care should feel accessible, not out of reach. That’s why we offer plans to fit your budget (and time!). Our goal is simple: take care of all of you in our community who are suffering and get you back to living a vibrant life where you can be an active participant in whatever floats your boat.

It is always amazing when I have the privilege of seeing a newborn baby for his/her first adjustment.

It’s amazing because
✨somehow two half cells made this little being
⭐️ this little baby has everything inside their brain and nervous system to grow and learn
🌟 these itty bitty ears and fingers and toes and muscles will one day be big! Think of how little all those pieces to the puzzle are. Truly - it’s so cool to think about
💫 we get to be a small (and important!) part of their growth and development- impacting the way they can grow without interference from subluxation
