Today is the last day of our Rigo (BSPTS) Concept L2 training.

It was challenging but enjoyable, and we are very proud of everyone that attended.

We hope that we were able to impart something new that will help fuel our passion in helping people with scoliosis.

As part of our L2 course, we start by checking the group’s working understanding of the Rigo (BSPTS) Concept to facilitate easier learning, concept application, and integration.

The next few days will be filled with hands-on learning activities for our students, and they will also learn more exercise variations as well as learn new theoretical knowledge.

This is just Day 1 of our L2 course. I am looking forward for the days to come.
