BIG NEWS - we’re officially licensed by the State of Wisconsin! 🎉

After months of planning and preparation, our 4 bed adult family home, specializing in end-of- life care, is ready to open our doors.

Beginning next week Monday, May 18, we will begin accepting referrals from the community.

We are truly grateful to everyone who has supported us along this journey. We look forward to partnering with our community to provide compassionate, end-of-life care, in a peaceful home setting. 💜

As the seasons begin to change, we’re feeling a shift of our own—and it’s one worth celebrating. 🌱

After so much patience and support from this incredible community, we’re thrilled to share that our hospice house licensing visit is finally happening! In other words, this puts us very close to being able to open our doors for referrals 💜

Thank you to everyone who has stood by us, shared our mission, and kept us moving forward. As we step into this next chapter, we’d love your help in spreading the word and keeping our momentum strong!

We are currently awaiting final licensing approval before opening our doors. While the timeline is uncertain, our team is ready and preparing to begin providing compassionate care in this beautiful, home-like space.

We’re excited to share a big milestone! 🎉
Our 4-bedroom AFH hospice house license has been submitted and is currently pending. Staff training is officially starting, and we’re getting closer to opening our doors to serve our community with compassionate, dignified care. Thank you for all the support along the way!
