We had an awesome meeting last night and two new faces!!! Appreciate everyone showing up. We had some good discussions last night but one we hit that I wanted to chat about with is depression and how it can frankly just kick my ass and put me in that funk where I’m not talking to anyone or doing anything. This community is here for each other and if you ever do find yourself in that funk, always feel like you can reach out to us. Happy Hump day yall!!

Yo yo yo what is up my fellow wild animals?? One thing we wanted to make sure we accomplish with our mission is creating a network for each other when we can’t get to the VA. Not all of us are able to get in from 08-1630 because we work or have other commitments. What our community is striving for is creating the network for each other so that if we’re having some struggles or need someone to just talk to, we can. So for those that would like too on this post, put your number down. That way if someone needs a fellow brother or sister they have someone to call. I’ll be posting mine down below and anyone can use it anytime.

Winter kicks my ass and makes me miss the times that were good and pure. LTV is here to help support that even though we’re out. This had me laughing and reminded me of the good times.
