After five years and over $30,000 donated, I believe it's appropriate to update the name of our "little" fest to (KARMA) Yoga Fest! This has been a labor of love and giving from the Yoga, music, and art communities to those who are most in need. Karma indeed. **SEE FULL SCHEDULE BELOW!!

Come get a chair massage from the amazing Tina Lathum-Enix, shop for jewelry by Angela Caldwell and Pretty Bird Wearable Juju, decorate yourself with henna and airbrush tattoos, bring the kiddos for a YogaKids class, face painting and an art project. Our final class of the day is ALL relaxation with essential oils, singing bowls and the incomparable Jenna Mammina who will sing! You can even fill your tummy with yummy treats from Kat's Hot Cakes. Thing are shaping up for an amazing day for Yoga Fest 2012! We'll take over Silver Beach Park on Sunday, June 24th for an all day yoga extravaganza under the pavilion. 108 sun salutations to start the day with uber-cool drummer Adam Jones helping us groove to completion. Yoga Kids will be on hand to get the littlest yogis in on the action starting at 11:30 a.m. There will be plenty to occupy the kiddos from 11-2 p.m. so make sure and bring them to play. We've got an after lunch restorative class that will stretch and sooth your muscles provided by Yoga Glow in Three Oaks. An Off the Mat, Into the World™ benefit class at 2:30 p.m. will kick things up a notch with power vinyasa flow, a DJ spining beats on the beach, and a real time creation of a work of art inspired the class. A full list of classes will be available soon, but be sure not to miss our final class of the day: A 45 minutes savasana (relaxtion) complete with singing bowls, essential oil mists provided by the amazing Kristine Kysel, and live singing to put you sweetly to "sleep". Save the date... tickets available soon! **This event is a non-profit benefit to serve the Dream Academy in Benton Harbor and other local organizations that serve at risk youth through yoga and education.
