THIS CLASS WILL PROVIDE AN OPPORTUNITY FOR STRETCHING, STRENGTHENING, BREATHWORK AND MEDITATION.
CONSIDER THIS CLASS TO BE A GENTLE OPENING AND BLOSSOMING INTO YOUR LIFE. VERY SIMILAR TO WHAT IS HAPPENING CURRENTLY IN NATURE.
