Some time ago, I wrote an 'ounce-sized' book on meditation for a group I was teaching at our local library, and it is now available on Amazon (Kindle or paperback). The title is “AN OUNCE OF MEDITATION: A tiny guide to get you started.”
The book is designed for everyone, especially people who do not practice any kind of yoga. It covers what we know about meditation from a physiologic and emotional perspective and it offers simple practices to explore how meditation can help you. That is what it is all about. Just meditate and feel better.
