Today marks four years of Ashlee and Levi owning Family Pharmacy—and in that short time, they’ve built something truly special.
What makes it even more meaningful is that they’ve done it quietly, humbly, and without ever seeking recognition for the impact they’ve had.
Levi is one of the most driven, knowledgeable, and hardworking people we’ve had the privilege to know. He puts in countless hours—often 60 to 80 a week—yet still shows up for his family and this community every single day. He leads by example, even when he doesn’t stop to recognize the weight of what he carries. This community trusts him, we believe in him, and he inspires all of us to be better.
Ashlee is the heart of this place. She brings a level of empathy and care that holds everything together, especially in the most stressful moments. She never misses the little things—birthdays, milestones, the moments that make people feel seen and valued. She supports each of us not just as employees, but as people, and has created a workplace that truly feels like family.
Together, they are not only incredible business owners, but amazing parents, leaders, and human beings. The kind who pour into everyone around them without ever asking for recognition in return.
But today, they deserve it.
