Here are some quick, subtle nervous system regulation techniques you can do right at your desk — no one will even notice, but your body will feel the difference.

🌬️ 1. Physiological Sigh
Inhale… tiny top-up inhale… long slow exhale. Do 2–3 times to instantly reset.

✋ 2. 5-Second Reset
Press your feet into the floor, touch your fingertips together, take one calm breath.

👀 3. Peripheral Vision Release
Soften your eyes and widen your visual field — it signals safety to your brain.

📍 4. Vagus Nerve Pinpoint
Light pressure behind the earlobes + slow breathing = instant downshift.

🌀 5. Micro-Movement Shakes
Wiggle toes, loosen hands under the desk, roll shoulders once or twice.

🎯 6. Orienting
Look around and note: something blue, something round, something that makes you smile.
