Congratulations to Montana's newest (soon to be) certified Activity Directors! This is a great group of conscientious and passionate individuals. They are excited to put their newly-learned skills and ideas into practice to improve their residents' quality of life! A fun, dynamic group, and we at the Montana Health Care Association and our instructor, Connie Ratti, are very proud of them, and look forward to their contributions in our facilities for years to come! Best wishes to each of them.

“Chick out” this terrific Easter party that our Activities Department organized. They were really hopping today! Thanks Kristen, Alisha and Jean for providing our residents with a fun filled Easter and Spring themed day.

At The Living Centre, if a staff member is seen "Going the Extra Mile" they can receive a GEM from a coworker. Each gem is worth one TLC Buck. TLC Bucks can them be redeemed for different items. Evidently ten TLC Bucks equals a "Pie in the Administrator's Face". We're not sure how our Director of Nursing got involved but it was well worth it. Word of advice to the new Administrator, read the previous Administrator's policies a bit closer! Thanks Taryn for making your last day at TLC a memory for the times. We are going to miss you but wish you well in your new pursuits!
