Posting late, but it’s better than never!

We wrapped up Herbal Medicine Making 101 by continuing to be super hands on. We made a nice and strong decoction that is perfect for respiratory issues, then added some of that decoction to honey and other ingredients to make a delicious and healing herbal cough syrup. 💜
We also learned how to press our herbs that were in maceration (steeping in a solvent), labeled and labeled and labeled all the jars, made our own fresh aloe vera gel, and made a pain relieving and skin healing salve from herb infused oil we made earlier! 💚🪴📚✨💖

It was a wonderful season and I am so grateful for the awesome students that joined me this year!!
