You’ve heard me say it before, and still am😅

I LOVE this deodorant we carry here. Scents include:

🌱bergamot vanilla
🌱ylang ylang vanilla
🌱peppermint bergamot
🌱lemongrass clove

(Literally cannot stop smelling my armpits😅)

My experience— lasts all day. No BO. All clean ingredients ✨

Another fan fav by the wilderness maven🌱

✨a concentrated infused oil blend to help soothe earaches and minor infections

✨mullein is anti-inflammatory and helps reduce swelling in ear canal and eases pain

✨garlic is anti-viral, antibacterial, antifungal, and anti-inflammatory and has pain relieving properties. It is a powerhouse when it comes to fighting infection and reducing swelling

✨calendula is a culinary herb, meaning it aids in tissue healing and recovery, along with being antiseptic and pain relieving

➡️My personal experience: ya girl has been having a recent year long struggle with ear wax in only my left ear, after ear cleanings and low doses of ear drops, I have been on a mission for ways to naturally help this issue— these ear drops (along with gua sha/lymph drainage techniques especially on my left side) I am FINALLY experiencing relief of loosening of ear wax and drainage👏 so for me this is a medicine cabinet must have, 10/10 🌱

Where it’s headed ➡️ how it’s going ➡️ where it all started

I did something BIG this week 🙃

Taking yet another leap into expansion (ETA early 2025) (and trying to remain calm😅)

It’s wild to reflect on these last five years. From 2019 investing (quite literally all of my time, money, and energy) in opening Island Holistics on a gut feeling, to the first expansion in 2023, to now another expansion coming SOON in 2025 🥹🌱🤍

The gratitude I have for my clients, team of amazing humans here, and this community is IMMENSE. (I would not be doing this if it weren’t for every single human who has been on this journey with me)

I can’t wait to share all that’s coming into this new space 🤗

Deb graduated from the massage program at AACC and is licensed in Maryland & Delaware. She has been trained in a variety of massage modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Pregnancy, Geriatric and Comfort Touch.

She truly believes that massage is wonderful for your physical and emotional well-being. My main goal is to improve the quality of life for my clients. After an assessment, she will create a plan which may include a combination of modalities to address your individual needs. Because she believes healing is a team effort, she may assign “homework” such as exercises or stretches to prolong the positive effects of your massage. Andrea, owner of Island Holistics, is a licensed massage therapist who also has training in athletics, injury prevention/rehab, craniosacral therapy, prenatal/postpartum, lymphatics, fertility, reiki, and trauma/somatic release. Andrea believes in balance and utilizes her expertise to help her clients find that. Through listening to the body and communication, she has a collaborative approach of reaching the specific goals of her clients.

Andrea also has a background in kinesiology, personal training, women’s fitness, and yoga. In September I was fortunate to be able to expand on that vision welcoming 4 AMAZING women owned practices into the space 🥹

I feel so grateful to be able to support this space growing in the community and be able to provide so many intentionally healing serivices.
