About Kinera Foundation
Kinera Foundation is a nonprofit outpatient clinic offering PT, OT. Speech, and massage therapy services. Our team is driven by purpose, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence.
Position Overview
The Office Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the organization. This individual will support administrative functions, coordinate internal processes, and help create an efficient and positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily scheduling and administrative tasks
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications
Maintain records, documentation, and office systems
Support leadership and program teams with administrative needs
Assist with vendor coordination and office supplies management
Help organize events, workshops, and team activities
Qualifications
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and as part of a team - teamwork is key!
Prior administrative or coordination experience preferred
Passion for nonprofit or social impact work is a plus
