It's that time of year again, every June UPMC Children's Hospital in Pittsburgh PA hosts a walk to raise money and awareness for children with major medical conditions and their families. This cause is especially important to me and my family as my nephew was born with a serious heart condition called TOF. He received life saving surgery and continued treatment through the first few months of his life at UPMC Children's Hospital in Pittsburgh. UPMC Children's Hospital also took amazing care of Reed's mother and grandmother as they had to live in Pittsburgh during this time. This will be our 4th year walking! Your support means the world 💕

I have to be mindful to step away from the physical work to take care of important paperwork, make sure you do the same for your health. Step away from the chaos of life to take care of your physical and mental health. Take yourself out to lunch, go for a walk, get your nails done, SCHEDULE A MASSAGE....you not only deserve it, you need it. 😌

This is a great example of one of the many benefits of massage!

The client came in reporting muscle tension and restricted range of motion in her neck and between her scapulas (shoulder blades).

In the first photo I had already worked on her left side. On the right side you can see her scapula is elevated towards her neck and retracted towards her spine. That's all from muscle tension!

In the 2nd photo both sides had been worked on, you can see the tension from the previous photo has greatly reduced! We used hot stone therapy to warm the musculature and prepare it for deep tissue techniques. Awesome visual results and client satisfaction 😁

I just have to say that I have such awesome clients! You guys really came through and helped me get the schedule back up and organized. I cannot thank you enough for understanding and confirming your appointments with me 🙏🏻 Dealing with tech issues is always stressful, but with the tremendous help from you guys I was able to find a solution so we can continue to operate smoothly. Unfortunately I got locked out of my Microsoft business account because I got a new phone, anyone who has worked with Microsoft before knows their tech support is non-existent 🤦🏻‍♀️ I do not have access to my calendar so I have messaged all my active clients to give me the appointment date and time of their next session if we scheduled one.
