May is Sports & Physical Fitness Month

Whether you’re training hard or just getting started, keep showing up for yourself.

May is Older Adults Month

This month is about honoring the strength, wisdom, and contributions of older adults in our communities and families. It’s also a reminder to support aging with dignity - through respect, connection, and access to the care and resources everyone deserves.

Let’s celebrate the lives, stories, and impact of older generations, not just this month, but every day.
