DIETARY COOK - PRN: Food Handlers Permit requried (can obtain after hire). Experience in a dietary setting is preferred.

CLINIC LPN-FULL-TIME: Clinic is LOCATED IN HOLDENVILLE, OK. Current/unrestricted OK LPN license required. Must be dependable and committed to quality patient care. Position will require cross-training in other areas of the clinic, including patient registration/front desk.

CLINIC MEDICAL ASSISTANT-FULL-TIME: Clinic is located in ADA, OK. Must be dependable and committed to quality patient care. Position will require cross-training in other areas of the clinic, including patient registration/front desk.
