Good afternoon!
I just wanted to let you all know that our phone lines are down. We cannot receive calls or make calls. We are here and working with normal business hours. We will take walk ins until 3:30. Sorry for any and all inconveniences this may cause.

Update to phone service. ATT has assured us our phones will be back up by noon today. In the meantime if you have a scheduled morning appointment please use the online service to check in. You should have received a link via text message. Our walk in hours are always available for those who have an urgent need. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Good morning! We are open and seeing patients, however our phones are out! When you call our clinic it is stating that our number is a vacant number. If you need anything please come into our clinic and we will assist you with your need. We have AT&T working on this issue. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Wednesday update on our fax/phone systems:
We are currently without both fax and phones. We have AT&T working on them we are aware of the problem. Come into the clinic if you need anything. I will let you know as soon as I know that the lines are back up. We are seeing patients as usual. Walkins as usual. We are sorry for any inconvenience this has/may cause you!

Phone update: we just got a call from AT&T saying that our phone issues should be resolved by the end of the week! As of now the temporary fax number is still the one that we are having to use. It is 918-967-7015. If you are having trouble getting through please come in to the clinic and we will be more than happy to help!!

Phone update: we are still currently experiencing phone issues at this time and we still have a temporary fax number. The temporary fax number is 918-917-7015. AT&T is working on trying to get our phone issues resolved. Unfortunately some people are able to get through to us, some are still not able to select someone to talk to in our clinic or simply just can’t get through to us. We are aware of the situation. We are open our normal business hours and if you need us and can’t get through just come into the clinic. We are taking walk ins as usual 8:30 to 10:30 and this afternoon 1:30 -3:30. Thank you for your patience!!!

Update on our phones:
The technician wasn’t able to make it to our clinic yesterday to fix our phone issues. Please bare with us until the problem is resolved. We now aren’t able to call out or get incoming calls. We are open our normal business hours 8am to 5pm, closed 12:00 to 1:30 for lunch. Accepting walk-ins from 8:30 to 10:30 in the morning and 1:30 to 3:30.

We just wanted to let everyone know that we are experiencing some phone issues at this time. We are here and are working our usual schedule. Unfortunately some people aren’t able to get through to us on their cell phones. We are aware of this issue and have a service technician coming to hopefully resolve this issue. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Hopefully the issue will be resolved soon.
