Lip filler gets blamed for being “too much maintenance”, but honestly, that’s usually only in the beginning.

Building lips the right way takes patience. It’s not about overfilling, it’s about creating shape, balance, and structure over time.

I’ve been doing these lips for years now. Today? Just a tiny refresh; less than half a syringe.

That’s it.

She’s set for summer and likely into fall.
Most of my long-term clients only need a little “top off” 1–2 times a year.

Like anything worth having, maintenance matters.
But once the foundation is there… it’s easy.

Natural. Balanced. Beautiful.

FaceFirst is a part-time job now, and I love it—because I get to choose both the work and the people. This morning, I spent time with some incredible women who have now become close friends over many years.

We all fight our own battles, but there’s magic when someone quietly sees yours, you see theirs, you both see beyond the noise. It’s such a quiet comfort. TRUST.

This morning, I got to share in a sweet victory with one client, and with a couple others, I was honored to glimpse their pain. They trusted me enough to let me walk with them through it, and together we spoke of the strength our higher power gives us and the endurance required to keep moving forward when times are hard.

For several, today wasn’t about the injectables… it was about the self love, self care, and just a safe place to drop some baggage.

It gets exhausting being a tough girl. Proud of my “friends”. Some damn tough women. ♥️

A job should never truly just be a job. At least as a nurse, it’s never just been a job for me.

It’s been a truly great day.

Winter can feel blah… but it’s actually prime time for a reset. 🤍
