Happy Valentine’s Day from Oasis Physical Therapy 🤍

Today is a gentle reminder that caring for yourself is not indulgent — it’s essential.

Whether that means slowing down, reconnecting with your body, or simply creating space to feel more at ease, you deserve care that helps you feel grounded, supported, and well.

Our Valentine’s Month massage offering continues through the end of February — enjoy $14 off all 60 and 90-minute massages as a small way to support your nervous system, recovery, and overall wellness.

If your body has been asking for a reset, this is your invitation to listen.

February’s Oasis newsletter is officially out 💌

Inside we’re diving into something we don’t talk about enough — how heart health, hormones, movement, and pelvic health are all connected.

We’re also opening a very limited screening opportunity focused on sexual health and pelvic wellness (10 spots only) and sharing updates on our 2026 events lineup 👀

These conversations deserve space, education, and support — and that’s exactly what this month is about.

If you’re on our email list, check your inbox. If not, you can join our list to stay in the loop for future newsletters and clinic updates 🌿

🌿 Growth looks like trust.
🌿 Growth looks like community.
🌿 Growth looks like YOU.

As we reflect on 2025, we keep coming back to one word: grateful.

Because behind every number is a person who trusted us with their story, their healing, and their goals.

Here’s what the past few years at Oasis have looked like:

✨ 2023 (Our Opening Year)
43 new clients
238 total appointments

✨ 2024 (The Year We Grew Our PT Team)
120 new clients
976 total appointments

✨ 2025 (The Year We Expanded Services + Added Massage Therapy)
172 new clients
1,596 total appointments

Every single year has brought growth — but more importantly, it has brought deeper connection, grounding in our community, and better care.

At Oasis, we intentionally do healthcare differently.
We protect time.
We stay one-on-one.
We take a head-to-toe, root-cause approach to pelvic health and whole-body care.

That means we get to:
✨ Listen longer
✨ Connect symptoms that often get overlooked
✨ Address things many people are told to “just live with”
✨ Create care plans that are thoughtful, personalized, and sustainable

Adding massage therapy in late 2025 allowed us to support even more people in their wellness and recovery journeys, and we’re just getting started.

To the 172 new faces we welcomed this year…
To every returning client who trusted us again…
To every referral, every shared post, every kind word, every Google review…

Thank you for helping Oasis become what it is.

We are incredibly proud to provide pelvic health care and whole-body physical therapy at a level and depth that simply didn’t exist in our community before — and we don’t take that responsibility lightly.

2026, we stay rooted in thoughtful care, meaningful relationships, and helping people feel more at home in their bodies.

With so much gratitude,
Oasis Physical Therapy 🌿

Hey ChatGPT, do your thing — the Oasis way:::

POV: You built the clinic you wished existed. 🌿

I created Oasis because healthcare started to feel rushed, transactional, and symptom-focused… and I knew people deserved better.

At Oasis, we do things differently:
✨ One-on-one, every visit
✨ Head-to-toe, whole-body care
✨ Pelvic health treated like the essential healthcare it really is
✨ Time to actually listen, connect, and get to the root of what’s going on

I didn’t want to build just another PT clinic… I wanted to build a space where people feel safe, heard, educated, and empowered in their bodies.

And honestly? That mission still drives every single decision we make here.

Welcome to care that’s rooted in community. A little more intentional. A little more human. A little more Oasis. 🤍

💗 Valentine’s Day Giveaway — 10 Free Pelvic Health Screenings 🎁

Sexual Health = Pelvic Health

In a month that celebrates love and connection, we wanted to make space for the kind that starts within your own body. 🫶🏼

Many people experience discomfort with intimacy, ongoing tension, or a sense of disconnection — especially after pregnancy, birth, surgery, hormonal shifts, or simply over time. These experiences are common, but that doesn’t mean they’re something you have to accept or push through.

✨ 15-minute, private, education-only screening
✨ Trauma-informed care
✨ No internal exams • just clarity

If this resonates, this screening was created for you:

• Intimacy feels uncomfortable, painful, or effortful
• Your body has a hard time letting go or fully relaxing
• You notice holding, bracing, or tension without realizing it
• You’ve adapted by avoiding certain movements or closeness
• Things feel different after pregnancy, birth, surgery, or menopause
• You feel a disconnect or lack of ease in your pelvic area
• Something feels off, but it’s hard to name

Pelvic health symptoms often show up quietly and are easy to normalize or ignore. Over time, these patterns tend to layer and intensify, even when we’ve learned to work around them. Taking time now to understand what your body is communicating can make a meaningful difference — and earlier awareness often leads to easier, more lasting change.

💗 Valentine’s Day Giveaway
📅 Screenings available throughout February

A different kind of Valentine’s gift — comfort, confidence, and connection from the inside out. 🫶🏼

🌱 Our Word for 2026: ROOTED

At Oasis Physical Therapy, we don’t believe in chasing symptoms.

We believe in getting to the root of what’s really going on.

Being Rooted means:
• One-on-one care, every visit
• A head-to-toe, whole-body approach
• Taking the time to listen, assess, and connect the dots
• Addressing the why, not just the where

Rooted care is intentional.
Rooted care goes deeper.
Rooted care creates lasting change.

In 2026, we’re staying grounded in what matters most—thoughtful systems, clear plans of care, and helping people feel more at home in their bodies again.

🌿 Rooted care — addressing the root, not just the symptoms.

✨ Looking back on 2025 with a full heart ✨

This past year was about doing things well—not fast.
About listening more 👂
Creating space for real connection 🤍
And showing up for people in ways that actually matter.

In 2025, we:
🌿 Hosted workshops & screenings across life stages
🌿 Showed up in our community and partnered with incredible local humans
🌿 Collaborated with researchers, journalists, and providers to improve awareness and care
🌿 Invested deeply in learning so sessions could be more intentional and impactful
🌿 Expanded services, refined systems, and strengthened our team
🌿 Celebrated milestones (and ice cream 🍦) with the people who trust us

Every class, screening, partnership, and system we built had one purpose:
better care, deeper connection, and more time for the people in front of us.

We’re grateful for every person who walked through our doors, trusted us with their care, and helped shape this year into what it was.

Thank you for being part of our community 🤍

Did you know your healthcare experience can shape your health—especially in pelvic health care? 🌈

Sexual orientation and gender identity directly affect how people experience healthcare. Research shows that many LGBTQ+ patients report poorer care—and nearly half of transgender adults report discrimination. In pelvic health, where care is often intimate, vulnerable, and deeply personal, feeling unsafe or misunderstood can increase stress, limit trust, and impact outcomes.

At Oasis Physical Therapy, we don’t believe this has to be the norm. 🌱

We are intentional about creating an affirming, inclusive environment. We know language evolves, and we may not always get it perfectly right—but we listen, we learn, and we take responsibility for our own education. Our intake forms offer the option to share sexual orientation and gender identity (SOGI) if you choose, so your pelvic health care can better reflect who you are—never because it’s required, but because your experience matters. 🫶🏾

Pelvic health care should feel respectful, safe, empowering — human.

You belong here. ☀️

✨ As we wrap up this year ✨

This season means different things to different people—rest, reflection, celebration, family, quiet, or all of the above. And for many, it’s also a deeply meaningful and special time.

At Oasis, we’re honoring that by taking a pause to rest, reset, and return ready to care for you even better in the year ahead 🌿

Holiday Hours:

Does your C-section scar feel ‘fine’… but your body still doesn’t?

For so many people, a C-section scar looks healed on the outside —
but underneath, things can be a little more complicated. 😵‍💫

C-sections are major abdominal surgery.
Nearly 1 in 3 births happen this way — yet most people never have their scar assessed beyond a quick visual check. 🤯

You might not feel pain at the scar itself… but still notice:
❗️Tightness, pulling, or numbness
❗️ Core weakness or an “apron belly” that won’t respond to exercise
❗️ Back, hip, or pelvic discomfort
❗️ Bladder or bowel changes
❗️ A sense that your body just doesn’t move or feel the same

And many people ask us:
❔ “Is this normal?”
❔ “Is it too late to have this checked?”
❔ “If my scar doesn’t hurt, could it still be affecting me?”

These are really common questions — and they deserve real answers. 💯

That’s why we’re offering brief C-section scar screenings right now. 🙂‍↕️

In just 15 minutes, we can:
✅ Gently assess how your scar healed
✅ Check mobility, sensitivity, and connection with your core
✅ Talk through what’s normal, what’s common, and what’s changeable
✅ Help you decide if anything else would be helpful — or if reassurance is all you need

No assumptions. No pressure. Just information. ✨

If this question made you pause…
that’s reason enough to sign up.

📞 Call 405-871-5826 to schedule your C-section screening
Because your body deserves more and there’s no better time than right now.
