Oasis Physical Therapy

Oasis Physical Therapy Providing one on one specialty care for both general orthopedic and pelvic health physical therapy ✨

🌿 Sometimes the path to feeling better is overgrown, confusing, and hard to navigate.

Pelvic symptoms, pain, stiffness, or lingering recovery can feel like walking through dense brush with no clear direction. 😵‍💫

But when you keep going…
and when you finally find the right support…
everything opens up. 🌤️🌊

That clearing?
That’s what quality physical therapy feels like. ☀️

At Oasis Physical Therapy, pelvic health is our specialty…
but elevated, patient-centered care is our standard across every condition. 🙌🏻

✨ One-on-one sessions
✨ The same doctor every visit
✨ Specialists who genuinely care
✨ A head-to-toe, whole-person approach
✨ A space where your experience truly matters

And the way we care goes beyond treatment:
🌟 Front desk training designed to optimize your experience from the moment you call or walk in
🌟 A clinic created for comfort, healing, and nervous system safety — calm, intentional, and supportive
🌟 Thoughtful interactions every step of the way, because your story and your comfort matter

We help you understand your symptoms, reconnect with your body, and move forward with confidence — whether you’re healing your pelvic floor, your core, your back, your hips, or your entire system. 🫶🏼

🤍 This is physical therapy as it should be.
🤍 This is healthcare as it should be.

And if you’re still in the “brushy” part of your journey… we’re here to walk with you until you reach your clearing. 🏖️

Short answer? Yes — and most women have no idea how much support is actually possible. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Menopause brings a whole landscape of changes many women were never prepared for:
• Bladder urgency, frequency, or new leakage
• Vaginal dryness or pain with intimacy
• Pelvic pressure or heaviness
• Core weakness, back/hip pain, or feeling “less stable”
• Sleep disruptions, mood shifts, fatigue
• Changes in bowel regularity
• A sense that your body is doing things you can’t explain

And while hormones can be incredibly helpful for many, they’re not the only path — and they’re not available or appropriate for everyone. (And just to be clear: I’m not a hormone-prescribing provider. My work stays well within the scope of pelvic health physical therapy.) 🌿

This is where pelvic health physical therapy offers true, conservative support. 🫶🏼

A pelvic physical therapist can help you:
• Improve bladder control and reduce urgency
• Ease pelvic pressure and support prolapse symptoms
• Reduce pain with intimacy and address pelvic floor tension
• Rebuild core coordination for better strength + stability
• Improve posture, breath mechanics, and daily movement patterns
• Address constipation and bowel dysfunction
• Support your nervous system through stress, sleep, and lifestyle shifts
• Rebuild connection with your own body — especially if you’ve felt “checked out,” disconnected, or unsure how to trust your body again
• Give you real education about what’s normal, what’s not, and what’s absolutely treatable

Menopause is not the end of strength, intimacy, confidence, comfort, or control—
but you deserve someone who understands the physical changes behind it. 🗣️

We just wrapped up our Menopause & Pelvic Health Screening in October,
but that doesn’t mean you’re out of options. If this feels like you, you need a full appointment — not a quick screening. 🫵🏼

And we’re ready to support you through every step of the way. 🌈

👉 If these symptoms sound like what you’re living with, call 405-871-5826 to get scheduled. 📞

Your next chapter deserves comfort, clarity, and control. 🌻

🌿 Meet the Team: Elisia 🌿

We’re continuing our Meet the Team series by introducing one of the newest additions to Oasis Physical Therapy — our massage therapist, Elisia! 🌿

Elisia brings a caring, grounded presence to every session, creating a space where patients can truly relax, reset, and reconnect with their bodies. She finds joy in life’s simple pleasures — spending time with her grandchildren and family, nurturing her faith, and enjoying gardening, flowers, puzzles, books, coloring, and sunshine. Her outlook on life can be summed up in three words: live, laugh, love. 🌸

✨ Elisia is now accepting new clients! Whether you’re looking to unwind with a relaxation massage or need focused, therapeutic work to ease tension and improve movement, she’s here to help. Call 405-871-5826 to schedule your first session. 💆‍♀️

As a bonus, we’re offering $20 off the first session for all new clients this month! 🤩

Grounded in Community, Driven by Purpose 🌿

We show up in our community because people deserve to understand their bodies—
not wait until pain, leakage, or dysfunction steals their confidence. 🙅🏻‍♀️

At Oasis Physical Therapy, our workshops, free screenings, and conversations are all rooted in one belief: knowledge changes lives. When someone finally learns what their pelvic floor does—how it supports bladder and bowel control, intimacy, balance, and strength—it’s often the first time things start to make sense. 🌟

Pelvic health isn’t just for women. It’s for every person with a body that moves, breathes, and experiences life. From postpartum recovery to prostate care, from chronic pain to aging gracefully—pelvic health is about living with comfort, control, and connection. 🌈

We do this work because prevention matters. Awareness matters. You matter. 🫶🏼

Don’t wait for symptoms to grow louder—listen now, learn now, and take that first step toward lifelong wellness. ✨

We’re proud to be part of the Iowa Tribe of Oklahoma’s Women’s Health Fair today!

Pelvic health is women’s health. 🌿

It’s the foundation that supports so many areas of our wellbeing—our strength, balance, bladder and bowel control, intimacy, and even how we move, breathe, and carry ourselves through every stage of life. ✨

From menstruation to pregnancy, postpartum recovery, menopause, and beyond, the pelvic floor plays a vital role in every chapter. When it’s cared for, it helps us feel grounded, confident, and capable in our own bodies. 🪴

Supporting women starts here—head to toe and from the inside out. 🤍

Why do so many women feel alone in menopause? 🦋

Because for generations, society has told women to simply endure. ❌

Hot flashes. Bladder leaks. Pain with intimacy. Bone loss. Fatigue. 🌪️

All dismissed as “normal” or “just part of getting older.” 🙅🏻‍♀️

💔 Too many women enter this stage undersupported, unheard, and without the tools they need for lifelong health.

✨ At Oasis, we’re changing that. Our specialists in pelvic health give women the time, knowledge, and conservative care they deserve — to reclaim confidence, strength, and wellness.

That’s why we’re offering Free Menopause & Pelvic Health Screenings this month. 🫶🏼

📞 Call 405-871-5826 to take control of your health today.

Because silence isn’t support. And women deserve better. 🌿
