January 2026 ~ possibly the longest in the history of Januarys 😟😮‍💨

I hope you’re taking gentle care 🙏🏼

I thought I got through 2025 the year of great shedding fairly unscathed. But I really got it handed to me these last few weeks!

As I bounce between personal and collective heartache, light and dark, community action and inner healing, I am reminded we are all one and nothing is on accident.

❄️♥️ I’ve never been more proud to be a Minnesotan. I believe we are leading by example and showing the world what’s possible. We each have a hand in creating a more kind and just world. Every single one of us has a role to play.

🕯️We have also been using ours to sit in silence for one minute every night at 8 pm for a moment of world peace. It’s been so powerful and the girls look forward to it every night - See

The Dwellness Home Reset Challenge was such a success and I am loving the updates coming in on what has shifted for the ladies that joined! It was so fun! One of the areas that got a revamp was our workspaces and this pic is my view from where I sit in my office. Poppy’s drawing that she randomly hung there makes me smile so big every time I see it! 🥹🌈🌟

1-8 You know when you are in a guided meditation and you are instructed to go to a favorite peaceful place in nature? When I don’t use my front porch, I go HERE: 🥹
Field and forest walks, leaves falling, an almost full moon, cold river swims, angel clouds, time alone together, stars/a night sky that took my breath away, the best sleep of our lives…
9-12 It is never lost on me how lucky I am to be surrounded by the most incredible friends! Best friends that go so far back I dont remember a life without them- to “newer” mama friends that have become so so important to me 🥹
13. Just wow.
14. Still praying. Still moving my feet
15. Loved this bday present!
16. Just a girl with a heart so full it could burst!
