Change is inevitable. Without it, we lose our ability to adapt and grow.
My absence these last few months have been due to just that… change. Wake-you-up, shake-you-up change. It helped me take a long look my life, my purpose and my happiness. It helped me take a long look at myself.
And now my friends, I am inviting you to do the same.
Look at yourself in the mirror.
Do you recognize the person looking back at you?
Do you feel connected to them?
Do you love them?
Here’s something that you need to know.
You are allowed to be a mother, a wife, a daughter, a friend, and still be YOU.
You are allowed to take time to yourself, to re-discover your passions, and to connect with your soul.
You are allowed to heal, to thrive, and to love yourself unconditionally.
The truth is that to be the best version of yourself… you need to first be yourself.
Read that again.
So here’s to change, to bettering ourselves and to loving ourselves.
