Cupping therapy has been used for thousands of years across cultures—from China and Egypt to the Middle East and Greece.
It’s more than a wellness trend.
Properly applied, cupping can:
• Decompress tight tissue
• Improve circulation
• Release fascial restrictions
• Support the nervous system
When applied thoughtfully, it helps the body release chronic tension patterns and reset.
All of my clinical massages, cupping is often combined (if needed) with the Amethyst Far Infrared + PEMF mat, which enhances tissue release, supports circulation, and helps calm the nervous system. You can even get more of your session by using the Far Infrared Sauna at my Hudson location. Sauna sessions with any service are just $20. Despite what others tell you, heat, especially far infrared heat, is far superior to putting ice or a cold pack over a sore area.
Keep your eyes open for more cupping info. I’ll break down how cupping works, the different techniques, and what to watch for so you can achieve safe, effective results.
