Studies shows that oatmeal lowers blood sugar levels, reduces the risk of heart disease and good for weight loss 😁. Raisins are good for the heart, digestion, and bone strength 😁

Now let me enjoy this with some milk 🥛 😁😁 Stay warm 😊

Life isn’t perfect 🤩 but my smoothie can be 😁. The only surviving plant in my garden is kale and scallion (green onions). Here making good use of the kale. DM me if you need some kale 🥬 for smoothies or cooking 😊 I have a lot to share 😁😁
