The journey to better health and vitality starts at our intimate Pilates studio with instructors devoted to their craft. We provide personalized training in a comfortable, casual space on historic Main Street in Stillwater, Minnesota ranging from mat and reformer classes for newcomers to advanced Pilates courses. We believe age and ability shouldn’t prevent living an active lifestyle -- that’s why we opened our studio in 2000 to serve a niche market that was in need of a fun and welcoming place to exercise. We offer an array of Pilates classes including one-on-ones and golf fitness classes that are designed for you and tailored to fit your personal needs and limitations.
