As of next month we will have an in-house Massage Therapist! Sarah, CMT with Inspire Massage will be moving her business into Spine and Sport - she will start seeing clients on May 6th! Some of the services she offers include: Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Spa Techniques, including Hot Stone and Hydrotherapy, Prenatal/Postnatal, Sports Massage, and Rehabilitative Massage after motor vehicle accidents or any soft tissue (muscle) injury 💪🏼 🏌🏼‍♀️🤰🏽
