We are excited to announce our first Presenter for the 2025 River Valley Yoga Festival!

Suzy Schaak is a clairvoyant healer and a channel for your guides, angels, and master healers.

In her work, Suzy shares wisdom revealed by Divine realms to offer greater insight and lasting well-being. She started on the path to mastery in the healing arts over two decades ago and has extensive experience in hands-on healing and clairvoyant reading.

As a passionate yogini, E-RYT 500, and meditation instructor, Suzy has worked with thousands of students. She describes herself as being in the business of transformation, whether it be through her healing sessions, yoga and meditation classes, destination retreats, or her signature 200-hr Yoga Studies & Teacher Training Program.

In 2020, after leaving her award-winning yoga studio, Pure Yoga, and stepping into the unknown, Suzy felt her inner wisdom nudging her in a new direction. She was being guided to write a book based on her years of channeled messages, experiences in her life, in the healing room, and communication with Divine Mother.

Suzy’s attunement to vibration and light brings forward love, healing, and true transformation and we’re excited to share it with you through her first teaching memoir, Stand In Your Truth: Seven Sacred Truths to Living a Divinely Guided Life.

My “Lifequake” happened in 2020 when I lost a dear friend to an opioid overdose, was managing Lyme Disease, menopause, the pandemic, closing my yoga studio, two frozen shoulders (happening at separate times), a broken wrist, the loss of my yoga practice, and... went headlong into a depression.
The beauty of these experiences is that there was an amazing gift in all this chaos and pain.
As I was processing all that was happening, I chose to go into the forest and walk miles daily to try to heal my heart and body. In doing this, I significantly improved my intuitive gifts and began receiving messages from Divine Mother. During these forest walks, I channeled much of the content for my book, Stand In Your Truth.
Was this period in my life hard? Yes! Do I still grieve my friend and my old life? Yes. But what came forward has been an immense rebirth for me and has changed the trajectory of my life in the most profound way.

For years, my dream birthday party was to have an inflatable obstacle course. A couple of years back, I was sitting in my kitchen, looking out the window, and a delivery truck drove by with a large image on the side of an inflatable bouncy house. I thought it must be for one of the neighbor's kids. I told my hubby, "Oh, they are so lucky! That is exactly what I want someday for my birthday. What I didn't realize was that this actually was for me! My family threw me a surprise party, and my dream came true. I manifested the best birthday I have ever had, surrounded by my family and friends.
