Thanks for your patience while we work through a few issues during the transition to our new licensing portal. Nearly all licensees should have received an email with login details.

If you're a current licensee who has not been able to log in to the new portal, contact the Oklahoma Office of Management and Enterprise Services at servicedesk@omes.ok.gov with a detailed description of the problem.

If you can successfully log in but are having problems within the portal itself, contact the OMMA Call Center at 405-522-6662.

NOTE: You can't log in to the new portal until you get an email from no-reply@omes.ok.gov with a link to confirm your email address and set a new password. If you don't get the email by Tuesday, Jan. 25, contact us using the information below.
Call us at (405) 522-6662 from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. today through Friday, Jan. 28. The Call Center's normal hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekdays resume on Monday, Jan. 31.

If you applied for or received your initial OMMA business license before August 30, 2019, and your renewal application has been rejected for failure to meet the 2-year/5-year residency requirements, please submit your application.

The OMMA staff who process patient and commercial license applications and renewals have worked hard over the past several months to reduce wait times.

We're excited to report that for the first time since March 2019, the patient licensing team has zeroed out the application queue. This means patient licensing is reviewing same-day applications.

The commercial licensing team has worked to reduce wait times from over a month to around two weeks.

We hope to keep improving your wait times.

Directions and detours to OGB over the next several months during the construction NB US-177/Perkins Rd. being intermittently narrowed to one lane between McElroy Rd. and W. Lakeview Rd.

Ways to avoid having to turn left coming and going into Rosewood Hills Shopping Center. Go to Perkins Rd. & Virginia and head north a half a block and turn right into Rosewood Hills Shopping Center or come in through Wal-Mart parking lot.

Drivers are advised to expect delays and plan for extra travel time in the area or locate alternate routes.

We listened to your feedback and we have an update on non-infused pre-rolls for dispensaries and growers: Only the net weight of the flower, shake, or trim is included in the one-gram limit, not papers, cones, filters, tips, etc.

Processors are not affected by the one-gram limit.
