As temperatures drop, aging skin needs a little extra love.

Winter can cause dryness and irritation, especially for seniors. Moisturizing regularly, staying hydrated, and protecting skin from the cold can help keep skin healthy and comfortable throughout the season.

🚨 PAWNEE POLICE DEPARTMENT WARNING TO ALL PARENTS & CAREGIVERS

IMMEDIATE ATTENTION REQUIRED — ONLINE THREAT CALLED “764” TARGETING CHILDREN

The Pawnee Police Department is issuing a serious and urgent warning regarding an online network known as “764.” This group is actively targeting minors, and its presence has been confirmed on platforms your children use every day — including Discord, Roblox, Instagram, Snapchat, and Telegram Messenger.

This is not a rumor, a trend, or a scare tactic.
This is a real threat, and it is happening right now.

❗ WHAT “764” IS

“764” is a decentralized online network responsible for:
• Grooming and manipulating minors
• Sextortion and blackmail
• Forcing children to create explicit or degrading photos/videos
• Ordering victims to cut symbols or numbers into their skin
• Threatening or harming family pets
• Distributing violent, graphic content
• Encouraging or directing minors toward su***de

Members gain status by harming children.
This is exploitation — not a game.

❗ HOW THEY OPERATE

These offenders deliberately target vulnerable kids and teens. Their tactics include:
• Secret contact through private chats
• Blackmail using stolen or coerced images
• Threats of exposing victims publicly
• Pressure to keep everything hidden from parents
• Manipulation to isolate victims from family and friends

Victims identified have been as young as 8 years old.

❗ WARNING SIGNS YOU MUST NOT IGNORE

If your child shows any of the following, treat it as a red flag:
• Carved numbers, words, or symbols on their skin
• Sudden isolation, secrecy, or drastic behavior changes
• Hidden or unknown online accounts
• Unexplained injuries or self-harm
• Missing, injured, or harmed family pets
• Talk of su***de or hopelessness

If you see something, act immediately.
Delaying could cost a life.

❗ WHAT TO DO RIGHT NOW

If you have any suspicion your child may be targeted:
📞 Call Pawnee PD immediately: (918) 762-3166
🚨 Emergency: Dial 911
🧡 Mental Health Crisis Line: Call or Text 988

Report online exploitation at:
🔗 CyberTipline.org

Do not wait.
Do not assume your child is “fine.”
Do not assume “it won’t happen to us.”
These offenders rely on your child’s vulnerability.
