BIG NEWS! Help spread the word. The Cornerstone team is donating their time, talent and skills to provide a FREE day of dental care for the 2nd ANNUAL Cornerstone Cares Day. Saturday, September 13th, our doors will be open from 8:00am - 5:00pm providing exams, x-rays, cleanings, fillings and tooth removals to those in need. Care provided on a first come, first served basis - to the first 100 registered patients. Accepting patients 18 and older. Insurance not required.

Are you or someone you know in need of dental care? Plan to be a part of Cornerstone Cares Day, September 13th from 8am-5pm at 1325 S. Sangre Road, Stillwater.

How To Register:
1. Registration will open Saturday morning just before 8AM and close when we reach the 100th registration (approximately 12:00pm).
2. Patients will be officially registered once their paperwork has been fully completed and turned in to the registration desk.

🧘‍♀️🐾 Lunch & Learn: Yoga in Therapy! 🌟

Today’s Lunch and Learn was all about incorporating yoga into speech and occupational therapy, and it was a hit! 💬💪

Our amazing team explored how yoga can support regulation, motor planning, focus, and communication—and we had the best co-facilitator: Splash the therapy dog! 🐶✨

Not only did Splash wow us all with an unassisted downward dog alongside COTA Amy, but also climbed up on SLP Riley’s back to join in the fun! 🐕‍🦺🧘

Thank you to everyone who participated, shared ideas, and got moving with us. Here’s to playful, mindful therapy!

Our Story

We are dedicated to providing quality Speech and Swallowing Therapy services to you. Our services cover a continuum of care from pediatrics to geriatrics in order to meet the varied needs of the patients in our community. Our mission is to provide compassionate, personalized, and specialized evidence-based therapy services that allow both adults and children to overcome obstacles in order to accomplish their personal goals.

We evaluate and treat speech, language, fluency, cognition, oral motor, voice, feeding, and swallowing disorders of children, teens, and adults. We also provide services for augmentative and alternative communication and accent modification. We evaluate each individual to determine strengths and weaknesses, address personal and/or family concerns and goals, and develop an individual treatment plan that will incorporate the optimum therapy approach and techniques for that person. When appropriate, we educate families on the techniques that are utilized during each session in order to provide ideas of carryover through daily activities and establish home programs to promote maximum progress.
