Diabetes Care Services would like to announce the reconvening of the monthly Sweet Support Group (Diabetes Support Group).

The Sweet Support Group will begin meeting again on the second Monday of each month from 6 - 7 pm in the Honska Conference Room, located in the Medical Office Building (MOB) of Stillwater Medical. We hope you can join us on our first meeting back together on September 12th!
