Studio One Yoga We have 3 locations each welcoming all bodies and levels to our cOMmunity. Classes are done in heate Known for Hot Yoga + Non-Heated classes.

Each studio has two rooms, one heated and one not. We also have showers and multiple styles of classes offered seven days a week.

One of our longtime Studio One students, Christine, created something incredibly special last August— Up Puppy Yoga 🐾

It’s a blend of movement, connection, and pure joy… and yes, plenty of puppy cuddles. Matt even had a chance to share it on Twin Cities Live, but experiencing it in person is something else entirely.

Sarah Moslemi and Dariush Moslemi joined in (and melted a little). It might be more about the cuddles than the yoga—and honestly, that’s part of the magic.
