I like to think of this as the heart shine position. That's not the name of the pose. Actually I don't even know the name, but I like doing it. You can't see it but I'm using a block under my bum for the straightened leg side.

One thing I've learned in practicing yoga the past 7 months is that utilizing tools such as blocks and straps are phenomenal at helping us get into position. It doesn't matter if the position is perfect as long as the body is getting a stretch, there is a benefit.

I'm still loving the benefits that I'm getting from yoga. Everyday I feel a little bit more limber and a little bit stronger. Yoga as a lifestyle for the win!!!!
