Last week, members of our Women of Wellness committee and Foundation team delivered First Moon Kits to Stillwater Public Schools for dispersal among local elementary schools and middle schools.

These kits contain necessary supplies for young girls and teens—graciously donated by Women of Wellness members and Foundation supporters—and provide an empowering reminder that they are supported during life’s transitions.

We look forward to continuing this incredibly rewarding Women of Wellness Initiative throughout the year. 💘

Today kicks off our annual Power of One Employee Giving Campaign—a powerful reminder of what happens when we show up for each other. This campaign is a chance for all Stillwater Medical employees to support those they work alongside every day… and know that same support is available to them as well.

When each of us gives—even in the smallest way—we create something incredibly meaningful. Together, we fuel programs like the Sunshine Fund, which steps in during life’s hardest moments to care for our own. Being a part of the Power of One Campaign is about standing beside one another. It's back! 🎉 NOW through the end of June, OnCue Express is donating 50¢ from every single fundraiser cup sold right back to the OnCue NICU at Stillwater Medical.

To kick things off, how about we bring back our fun game of TAG!?
Here's how to play:

On April 1, a year of hope, resilience, and remarkable beginnings culminated in our very first OnCue NICU Graduation. This private reception brought together families whose babies spent time in the NICU over the past year, the incredible physicians who cared for them near and far, and the Foundation donors who helped make the dream of advanced neonatal care in our community a reality.

Gathered together in the newly named BancFirst Waiting Room, the air was filled with emotion, gratitude, and awe. The OnCue NICU stands as a powerful testament to what’s possible when a community comes together with a shared purpose. This sentiment is what inspired the beautiful art installation, curated by Brandon Reese, that was dedicated to BancFirst for their unwavering commitment to this project and our community.

To our graduates and their families, our caregivers, and our community partners—thank you for making this first year one defined by strength, compassion, and so many miracles. ✨

This morning was a special one. ✨

Our very first “First Moon Kit Packing Party” brought together an incredible group of volunteers to support the next generation of young women in our community. Together, we assembled First Moon Kits — pouches designed to introduce menstrual products in a way that feels empowering, supportive, and informative.

These kits are more than just necessary supplies, they're a reminder to every girl and teen that they are not alone. Through this initiative, Women of Wellness Members are helping advance women's health while creating a more compassionate, confident start to an important life experience.

To everyone who gave their time this morning… thank you. Your kindness, energy, and heart made a meaningful impact, and we are so grateful to stand alongside you in this work.
