We're OVER THE MOON to introduce our 2026 Phases of a Woman Panelists: Dr. Madison Andrews ✨ Dr. Amanda Miles ✨ Dr. Mark Paden.

These three distinguished physicians create a powerhouse of knowledge in hormonal and reproductive health, bone and joint health, and nutritional, whole-body health. Together, they’ll guide a dynamic, highly educational conversation through key life phases: menstruation and early adulthood, perimenopause, and menopause.

Plus, they'll dive into important topics like:
✔️ Supplements: Evidence vs. Hype
✔️ Hormone Therapy
✔️ Screenings & Labs: Which ones truly matter

In 1992, an author penned the phrase “Women are from Venus.” And while we appreciate a metaphor, there’s some truth to the fact that women do often feel like they’re from another planet.

Each phase of womanhood brings a new 🛸 UFO (unfamiliar female obstacle) to attempt to understand: hormones, menopause, and the classic monthly cycle with not one, but four phases within it.

The good news? We’re declassifying these topics with a first-ever full panel of experts at this year’s Women of Wellness Annual Brunch on March 11th – and you’re invited! Together we’ll explore the many phases of womanhood so we can ALL walk away with newfound knowledge on how to best support ourselves in each phase physically, mentally, and nutritionally.

Not only did you brighten the hearts of those in our emergency department this month, but you also showed up for our surgical teams! ❤

Funded solely by donor dollars, a request from our surgery center for a specialized Nerve Integrity Monitor has been fulfilled! Used for thyroid and parathyroid procedures, this advanced monitor allows for continuous monitoring of critical nerves which will significantly reduce the potential risk of nerve injury and associated complications.

This is all because of you. Your generous and ongoing support is making advanced care possible in our community, in real time.

Eight years of service, leadership, laughs, and friendship.

Grab the tissues – it’s time to bid adieu to one more incredible board member, our lovely Polly Crawley. Joining the Foundation Board in January 2018, Polly served in various capacities during her time with us, including Chair of the Board from 2023–2024.

Her encouraging presence and steadfast commitment to our mission and our community elevated every single meeting, project, and event she touched.

Please join us in celebrating Polly and her eight wonderful years of making a meaningful difference for our hospital and our community.

'Tis the season for giving – and YOU have brightened the hearts and spirits of our Emergency Department this month! ❤ Funded solely by donor dollars, an urgent request from ER leadership for Stryker Stretchers has been fulfilled!

Many of the ER's stretchers are getting older, with some unable to fix (wheels unable to lock, side-rails unable to maintain up). Because of this, a funding request was recently submitted for just two (2) Stryker Stretchers. When we asked if two would be enough, we learned they would likely need to request two more next year.

To be able to provide not only TWO but now FOUR fully-equipped emergency and transport stretchers is ALL because of you.
