Not only did you brighten the hearts of those in our emergency department this month, but you also showed up for our surgical teams! ❤

Funded solely by donor dollars, a request from our surgery center for a specialized Nerve Integrity Monitor has been fulfilled! Used for thyroid and parathyroid procedures, this advanced monitor allows for continuous monitoring of critical nerves which will significantly reduce the potential risk of nerve injury and associated complications.

This is all because of you. Your generous and ongoing support is making advanced care possible in our community, in real time.

Eight years of service, leadership, laughs, and friendship.

Grab the tissues – it’s time to bid adieu to one more incredible board member, our lovely Polly Crawley. Joining the Foundation Board in January 2018, Polly served in various capacities during her time with us, including Chair of the Board from 2023–2024.

Her encouraging presence and steadfast commitment to our mission and our community elevated every single meeting, project, and event she touched.

Please join us in celebrating Polly and her eight wonderful years of making a meaningful difference for our hospital and our community.

'Tis the season for giving – and YOU have brightened the hearts and spirits of our Emergency Department this month! ❤ Funded solely by donor dollars, an urgent request from ER leadership for Stryker Stretchers has been fulfilled!

Many of the ER's stretchers are getting older, with some unable to fix (wheels unable to lock, side-rails unable to maintain up). Because of this, a funding request was recently submitted for just two (2) Stryker Stretchers. When we asked if two would be enough, we learned they would likely need to request two more next year.

To be able to provide not only TWO but now FOUR fully-equipped emergency and transport stretchers is ALL because of you.

After three wonderful years on the Foundation Board, we sadly – yet gratefully – bid adieu to our beloved Shayna Paden.

Shayna joined the Foundation Board in January 2023 and served as our GALA Chair two years in a row (2024 and 2025). Always one to jump in and help whenever possible, Shayna was a mainstay at every Foundation event – arriving early and staying late until the job was done. She also graciously hosted this year's Women of Wellness Baby Shower in her very own backyard, and it was a night we won't soon forget.

Please join us in celebrating Shayna and all of the light, laughs, and goodness she brought to our board, our hospital, and our community.

Giving Tuesday has become a global generosity movement unleashing the power of people to transform their communities and the world. Thanks to so many of you, we know this is possible. We've been fortunate to witness transformations happen right before our eyes in this incredible community.

Another transformation we've seen: a 10.9% population growth in less than a decade. It's no secret Stillwater is growing. Our emergency room needs to grow with it.
